How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Complete the form.
- Prepare the concept description, visuals, location, budget, schedule, CV, and portfolio.
- Step 2: Submit the file
- Send the application by email to vfortin@ville.latuque.qc.ca.
- Submit before March 31, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
- Step 3: Await review and approval
- The committee reviews the proposal.
- The recommendation is then submitted for city council approval.
- Step 4: Sign the agreement and deliver the project
- Sign the contract after approval.
- Complete the project between May and October 2026.
- Submit the accountability report within 90 days after completion.

- Projects are reviewed by a selection committee.
- The committee recommendation must be approved by the city council.
- A contract is signed after project approval.
- A final accountability report must be submitted within 90 days after project completion.
