How to apply
- Fill out the application form using the online fillable form, a downloadable form emailed to recreation@pembroke.ca using the subject line Private Property Tree Planting Incentive Program application, or a paper copy from the Parks & Recreation Department inside the Pembroke Memorial Centre at 393 Pembroke St. W.
- Submit the completed form, before/after photos, and original sales receipt or legible photocopy to the Parks and Recreation Department.
Processing and Agreement
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a rebate
- Each application will be evaluated and processed on a first-come, first-served basis
- The City of Pembroke reserves the right to inspect one or all of your newly planted trees
- The City of Pembroke reserves the right to reverse the rebate if information provided on the application form is either incorrect or untrue, or if the terms and conditions of the program have been breached

- The City of Pembroke reserves the right to alter, cancel or discontinue the program at any time without notice.
- The City of Pembroke is not responsible for the warranty, planting, care and ongoing maintenance of the tree.

There must be sufficient space to plant the tree and allow it to grow.
