- Salaries and wages for program staff directly involved in delivery.
- Staff training and development.
- Building occupancy costs such as rent, property tax, and insurance.
- Travel and communications costs.
- Allocated central administration, supplies and equipment, and other direct program costs.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Client-support costs that are not part of the approved program expenditure categories.
- Costs not included in the ministry-approved service plan.
