- Projects aimed at raising awareness among and training people who work with children and youth on stereotypes and egalitarian relationships, or at equipping young people, advertising content producers and the general public, receive particular attention.
- Projects raising awareness and providing information about period poverty, especially among vulnerable girls and women or those from disadvantaged backgrounds, receive particular attention.
- Projects that promote the integration and retention of women, particularly in construction, engineering, information technology and artificial intelligence, are prioritized, as are those relating to pay equity or business start-up and succession.
- Projects that provide workplaces with tools for work-family balance, strengthen co-parenting or value unpaid or invisible work receive particular attention.
- Projects that improve women’s representation in decision-making and leadership positions, and that develop their engagement and leadership, are especially considered.
