Overview

Canada Service Corps 2023 Call for Proposals funds organizations to deliver innovative volunteer programming for youth aged 15-30 across Canada. Three funding streams are available: Service Placements National (up to $8M), Service Placements Regional (up to $3M), and Micro-grants for youth-led projects (up to $5,000).

Eligibility

  • Must be a registered not-for-profit, for-profit (with non-commercial activity), research organization, Indigenous organization, or municipal/provincial/territorial entity.
  • Project must support youth civic engagement through volunteer programming.
  • Activity must align with Canada Service Corps priorities and objectives.
  • For-profit organizations must not generate profit from the funded activity.
  • Projects must provide youth with meaningful volunteer service placements or youth-led community projects.

  • Not-for-profit organizations.
  • For-profit organizations (with non-commercial activities).
  • Research organizations and institutes.
  • Indigenous organizations or governments.
  • Municipal, provincial, and territorial entities.
  • Educational institutions (universities, colleges, CEGEPs, school districts).

  • For-profit organizations with commercial activities intended to generate profit.
