La Fondation Barrett Family constitue l'un des plus importants donateurs privés du secteur de l'éducation postsecondaire au Canada. Son soutien financier a permis la création du Barrett Centre for Technology Innovation, une installation de 8 600 mètres carrés dédiée à l'innovation technologique au Collège Humber.
