Leadership Enrichment
Loran’s program emphasizes experiential learning, skill-building, and leadership development. Scholars gain hands-on experience through work placements in sectors such as public policy, business, and community development. These immersive opportunities take place across Canada and abroad, helping scholars build skills, broaden their perspectives, and deepen their impact.
Financial Support
The Loran Award provides substantial financial support to successful candidates, including:
- An annual stipend of $12,000
- A tuition waiver of up to $12,000 annually at partner universities
- Up to $14,000 for the Summer Experiential Learning Program
This support ensures that scholars can focus on learning, growth, and contributing to their communities.
