The Cégep Garneau Foundation is a college-based philanthropic organization dedicated to supporting the student community of Cégep Garneau in Québec City. The Foundation also finances large-scale, structuring projects for the Cégep Garneau campus. Its achievements include a reinvented library, the creation of the École d’entrepreneuriat de Québec, a multisport field and stadium seating, renovation of the auditorium, modernization of the dental hygiene teaching clinic and the acquisition of scientific equipment. These investments, often involving six- or seven-figure contributions from the Foundation, transform learning spaces and reinforce the quality and visibility of the college’s programs.

Applications to the various programs follow announced calls, deadlines and documentation requirements. Students and staff must submit standardized forms, supporting documents and post-project reports; incomplete applications are rejected. The Foundation publishes regulations, ethics and privacy policies, and risk management guidelines, demonstrating a concern for sound governance and transparent management of donated funds.
