I'm a Montreal-based UX designer who has been working in digital product design for over 10 years.
My goal is to help brands and companies understand their users, their needs and their motivations, in order to design human-centered, holistic and sustainable experiences.

For the past decade, I've worked mainly for agencies, which has led me to collaborate with a wide range of experts and customers in a variety of sectors. I've been lucky enough to work in a variety of disciplines and for several years as a product manager, which has given me a very good understanding of the full range of expertise, activities and deliverables required to design a digital product.

Knowing the impact of my work on that of others, I place particular importance on working closely with all the experts, whether strategists, designers or development teams, because for me, collaboration is an essential pillar in the design of a quality product.

Having grown up in the digital domain since my early professional days, I've developed a great sensitivity and taste for the web product and above all for its users.

I'm passionate about people, what drives them, what shapes their habits and actions. I like to understand what's going on in their heads so I can simplify things and make them accessible to everyone.

I always place the human element and empathy at the heart of my work, whether it's understanding users or understanding my customers. Entering your world, exploring and discovering your sector, your objectives, your constraints, are also key elements in the success of a project.

For me, listening is the most important aspect of my job, because it's by listening to others that we evolve, grow and learn. This is true in everyday life as well as in the professional world, and especially so when our aim is to create innovative experiences that will leave a lasting impression on people's minds.

Today, I'm interested in all kinds of projects, but I'm particularly drawn to the tourism, sports, culture and health sectors.

I'm passionate about travel, nature and outdoor sports. I spend a lot of my free time outdoors, exploring the world. When I'm in town, I go to exhibitions and take an interest in art in all its forms; it inspires my work and my everyday life.

As for healthcare, it was a natural sector for me to turn to, because it's all about people and listening.

I also take ecology very much to heart, and do my best to combine it with my products by designing experiences that respect and optimize carbon emissions by minimizing data transfer and designing responsibly.
