Pro-Ridge Consulting is a distinguished business consulting firm founded by two ex-bankers with over 50 years of experience between them.

Our Mission is to help small and medium business owners scale responsibly using the latest tools and systems while minimizing cost and red tape. 

We help business owners craft their strategies by acting as fractional operations leaders, implementing the key practices that may be missing in a smaller business for a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time ops lead.
