- Le fournisseur devra déterminer quelle plateforme serait la meilleure à utiliser pour le projet
- Ils sont intéressés à louer une plateforme de salons virtuel pour la durée de l'événement
- Ils n'ont pas décidé encore la durée de l'événement (1 vs 2 journées) cela dépendra surement aussi du nombre de participants
- Le fournisseur sera en charge de produire les visuels nécessaire pour le salon et s'assurer que l'événement virtuel se déroule bien du point de vue technique
- Il devra aussi gérer la promotion de l'événement
- Le but du salon sera de recruter des nouvelles ressources et créer un bassin de candidats
