First of all and most importantly, Thomas was the only one who fully understood the dept of our project form the first minute: the very fundamentals of the warehouse inventory functionality and automation of thousands of unique (stock 1 only) products coming in and out on a daily basis, is something that we need to have before any website is created. Secondly, the clear framework of his work and deliverables presented, as well as the fact that his is local to us and able to work with us first hand in our warehouse. - They will sell physical products and a monthly subscription to their clients(B2B and B2C)
- They are open to suggestions in terms of what platform they should use or if they absolutely need a custom solution
- The website has 4 pages for phase 1
- Logo will be provided
- The graphic chart is not ready yet
- They will need professional pictures taken for their products, they want ownership of these pictures
- At some point, they have a million products sold on their website
- The project has many more phases in the future, the actual budget is to develop phase 1

- Portfolio of past experiences in eCommerce is mandatory

- Their clients might need a website as well, as this point they would like to use you as a partner and refer those clients to you to speed up the process when necessary

- They have two informal quotes of two agencies located in Toronto
- Budget is $10 000 to $50 000 for phase one, they are aware that future phases will need a lot more investment for the final product. They have the budget ready for phase one.

- They've been in business for 5+ years. They have a non-transactional website, and they use Excel and Quickbooks to manage their inventory. They want to keep Quickbooks for inventory/finances and automate the inventory when there are online and offline sales.
- They have thousands of products, most of them are unique
- Needs to have a live inventory, so the website won't be able to sell the same product twice if their is only 1 left
- They can integrate the products and product images themselves if you create a clear process with them, they want to start with around 5000 SKUs on the website
- Right now they are using a code in Excel, and they have to enter/remove the item manually
- They are selling around 100 items/day, offline only
- They use Quickbooks online
- They want to be advised on which software to use, and they want that their operations/website is automated in terms of inventory. The system will have to set up a barcode system in the warehouse for each product and it has to work with a POS in a physical location
- In terms of website capabilities, they are looking to have something similar to Germanoem.ca
- If you accept the project, you need to be able to easily demonstrate your expertise in both e-commerce web design and POS/inventory management system
