First of all and most importantly, Thomas was the only one who fully understood the dept of our project form the first minute: the very fundamentals of the warehouse inventory functionality and automation of thousands of unique (stock 1 only) products coming in and out on a daily basis, is something that we need to have before any website is created. - They've been in business for 5+ years. They have a non-transactional website, and they use Excel and Quickbooks to manage their inventory. They want to keep Quickbooks for inventory/finances and automate the inventory when there are online and offline sales.
- They have thousands of products, most of them are unique
- Needs to have a live inventory, so the website won't be able to sell the same product twice if their is only 1 left
- They can integrate the products and product images themselves if you create a clear process with them, they want to start with around 5000 SKUs on the website
