LeanAstro is a woman-led STEM start-up founded in November 2024 by Swapna Shrivastava, a seasoned expert in Process Improvement and Digital Transformation with a long-standing career in Banking. Andrew Matlock, a long-time Communitech member, serial entrepreneur, and respected AI Product Manager, partnered with the venture in December 2024. LeanAstro became a ‘Founder Member’ at Communitech in November 2024 and began receiving advisory support from MACcelerate in December 2024. LeanAstro was incorporated in February 2025 and is actively working on several projects currently.
