- The goal of the project will be to create an e-commerce website for the client and manage web marketing in order to drive sales either via the website or third-party platforms
- We are open to pre-existing solutions such as Amazon or more custom solutions.
- We would like to have a standalone website for marketing and SEO purposes even if the products are sold through a third-party platform.
- Secondly, we would like to see a proposal for online marketing solutions.
- This can range from Adwords to social media campaigns. We would like to have a strong SEO presence and the ability to track the metrics of the online marketing campaign versus the website traffic and sales.
- There should be easily accessible reports of the progress of the campaign.
- Lastly, we need someone to handle the shipping fulfillment.
- We would like to ship our product in bulk to a warehouse where the individual orders will be fulfilled and processed. The integration should be seamless with our e-commerce platform and not require any manual intervention.
For the E-commerce
- Provide the name, information and background on the solution that you are proposing.
- The solution needs to demonstrate that it can easily be connected to online marketing solutions for tracking data and analytics.
- The solution needs to allow us to modify the content at any time as necessary.
- The website has to be made in an SEO-friendly way.
- If you are making a standalone website that links to a third-party (for example Amazon), please provide the method and approach on how you plan to have this fully integrated.
- The platform needs to be able to have a custom design, we expect a unique design for our product website rather than a premade template.
- The platform should support multiple languages (i.e., Spanish and French).
- Describe what payment solution is integrate or if an external account (such as Stripe) needs to be created
For the web marketing
- We are looking for a complete online marketing solution to generate sales of our new product.
- We would like to run an Adwords campaign, you will have to create the campaign, create the content, link it with Google Analytics on the website and provide the ability to view the statistics dashboard.
- We would like to have a social media campaign (we are looking for recommendations for which social media)
- You will have to create the campaign and the design for the ads.
- We would like to have the statistics tracked for success integrated with the website and have reports or access to a dashboard.
- If the suggested platform has an internal paid-promotional system, please provide your suggestion and plan for leveraging this capacity.
- Coordinate with the website provider or if you are covering both services, make sure that all SEO elements to enhance online marketing are in place on the website.
- Provide other solutions as you see fit such email marketing, targeted ads with remarketing and any other idea that you feel would be a good fit for the product’s success
Shipment fulfillment
- The client wants the service provider to take charge of setting up shipment fulfillment
- We understand that many providers such as Amazon, Shopify and others have shipping fulfillment solutions integrated. Others have plugins to integrate with existing platforms.
- Please detail if you recommend that we use one of those services or that we use an independent shipping fulfillment solution.
- Keep in mind that we will be shipping the products from California to the warehouse of the shipping fulfillment center and that the distance should be taken into consideration
