- The goal of the project will be to create an email marketing campaign that will help the company better target Marketing Professionals (Marketing Agencies) who have IT / Telecommunication needs.
- The company is looking to shift its brand messaging to focus on seamless customer service as their differentiator since the telecommunications industry has a stereotype of being unreliable.
- The project deliverables will entail:
- Creating & A / B testing effective email marketing campaigns
- Researching and testing creative social media content for outlets such as Instagram and LinkedIn to better understand what pique's their target market's interest / what doesn't
- Determining which marketing channels and campaigns are more most effective in garnering attention for the brand and driving brand awareness
- Given that marketers are also creatives, the more unique the content and campaigns can be, the more attention the company can garner while focusing on its value proposition
- Success would be measured by high conversion rates and ultimately driving meaningful conversations, brand awareness & traffic to their offering
- To be successful, the service provider must have extensive experience building out a B2B lead generation / brand marketing strategy
- The product / inspiration comes from companies like Twilio, Plivo, and Telco who launched creative and engaging campaigns that sold their desired customer experience first and their product second.
