- The program has two funding streams: Stream 1 (Legal Advice and Information) and Stream 2 (Public Legal Education and Information). Each stream requires a separate application.
- Projects must integrate Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) to address diverse experiences of complainants.
- Projects must demonstrate trauma-informed approach in service delivery.
- All funded projects must submit semi-annual progress reports and financial reports.
