How to apply
- Download the Charity Rebate Application form.
- Complete and sign the application each year.
- Mail the application and all required documents to the Provincial Land Tax Office by February 28 of the following year.
- Alternatively, deliver the application in person to the Provincial Land Tax Office in Thunder Bay.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications must be completed and signed every year to establish or confirm eligibility.
- The application and all required documents must be mailed to the Provincial Land Tax Office no later than February 28 of the year following the taxation year to which the application relates.
- Applications can also be delivered in person to the Provincial Land Tax Office in Thunder Bay.
