- Organizations in bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings
- Businesses whose main activity involves controversial weapons, fossil fuels, gambling, violence, sexual exploitation, tobacco, or drugs

- Shipping, transport, installation, and related service fees
- Software licenses and laboratory furniture
- Key telecommunications equipment and initial operator training

- Application is reviewed by the institution’s contact person
- Major corrections may be returned to the applicant
- Approved applications are signed electronically by the authorized signatory
