How to apply
- Submit the application online at www.RichmondHill.ca/SeniorTaxGrant.
- Mail the completed application to City of Richmond Hill, Revenue Services, 225 East Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3P4.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications received by March 31 will be applied to the 2026 Final Tax Bill if approved.
- Applications received between April 1 and September 30 each year will be processed, but the full Final Tax Bill must still be paid to avoid penalty and interest charges.
- A notice of Senior Tax Grant Adjustment will be mailed with an explanation of the credit and account summary.
- Applications received after September 30 will not be processed.
