Who is eligible?

How to apply

    • Sign and date the declaration statement.
  • Step 2: Attach supporting proof
    • Include a copy of your Statement of Old Age Security T4A(OAS) for 2024 or your Guaranteed Income Supplement Entitlement Letter.

    • Send the completed form and documents to Town of Halton Hills, Taxation & Revenue.
    • Applications must be submitted by October 1, 2025.
