How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form

    • Enter the property assessment roll number and taxation year.
    • Include mailing address and contact details.
  • Step 2: Provide property and occupancy information
    • Enter the date of occupancy if the property has been occupied for less than one year.
    • Provide landlord name, mailing address, and telephone number, if applicable.
  • Step 3: Sign and submit the form
    • Sign and date the application.
    • Submit the completed form for approval by the tax collector.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed under the applicable municipal by-law and tax relief rules.
