Processing and Agreement

  • A Notice of Pending Tax Adjustment is mailed before the final decision.
  • A final Notice of Decision is mailed after the response deadline.
  • Sickness or extreme poverty applications are reviewed by the Assessment Review Board.

Additional information

  • Separate applications are required for each property and each year.
  • The application fee is waived for cases of sickness or extreme poverty.
  • Section 357 decisions can be appealed to the Assessment Review Board within 35 days.
  • Section 358 decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
