Who is not eligible
- Communities of Faith and other charitable organizations cannot apply directly to PTCC.
- Organizations seeking loans instead of grants are not eligible.

- Strong stewardship and financial understanding within the Regional Council and congregation.

- Proper notice and approved intended use of capital.
How to apply
- Step 1: Get the correct application form
- Obtain the form from the relevant Regional Council.
- Use the PTCC forms reserved for Regional Council use only.
- Step 2: Complete the application package
- Enter the Regional Council, payee, and payment details.
- Provide details on how the grant will be used.
- Attach any supporting material needed for review.
- Step 3: Secure Regional Council approval
- Have the Regional Council executive approve the request.
- Confirm the recipient organization details required for the file.
- Step 4: Submit through the Regional Council for PTCC review
- Send the approved request through the Regional Council to PTCC.
- PTCC reviews applications that meet its criteria and notice requirements.
- Step 5: Receive the decision and payment
- If approved, the cheque is issued to the payee.
- Payment follows the requested terms and may be advanced as needed.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications that meet the grant criteria and notice requirements are reviewed by the PTCC Board.
- The Board is expected to meet at least four times per year.
- If approved, payment timing follows the terms requested in the application.
- Grants are generally advanced as needed after approval.
- For 10% and 20% capital requests, the first draw is not available until six months after approval.
