Overview
Regional Councils can receive up to 10% of capital (or up to 20% as an extraordinary request) based on the expected net financial return earned by their Account during the year. The funding supports draw downs from the Account’s expected net return as advised by the Treasurer of PTCC.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a Regional Council with an Account earning a net financial return, as advised by the Treasurer of PTCC.
- The request must be for an amount equal to the expected net financial return earned by the Account during the year.

- Grant requests require approval by the Board of PTCC.
- The first draw becomes available six (6) months after the Board approves the request.
Additional information
- Any financial return not requested or withdrawn may be carried forward for future requests.
- At the Regional Council’s option, unrequested financial return may be designated as capital in its Account.
