Who is not eligible
- Communities of Faith and other charitable organizations cannot apply directly to PTCC.
- Organizations seeking loans instead of grants are not eligible.

- All expenses related to approved church development or redevelopment capital grant requests.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Loans to congregations or camps are not provided.
- Successive extraordinary grant requests for the same major project in consecutive years are not allowed.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications that meet the grant criteria and notice requirements are reviewed by the PTCC Board.
- The Board is expected to meet at least four times per year.
- If approved, payment timing follows the terms requested in the application.
- Grants are generally advanced as needed after approval.
- For 10% and 20% capital requests, the first draw is not available until six months after approval.
