Community Facility Enhancement Program (CFEP) - Community Facility Enhancement Program – Large Grants

• The applicant must be a registered community non-profit organization in good standing for at least two years under eligible Alberta provincial or Canadian federal legislation.
• The organization must have an Alberta-based address that is regularly monitored by an active member of the organization.
• The project must address local facility improvement needs.
• The facility must be intended primarily for use by the general public and for community benefit.

• Registered community non-profit organizations in Alberta
• Registered charities operating in Alberta
• First Nations in Alberta
• Métis Settlements in Alberta
• Organizations established under eligible Alberta provincial legislation or eligible federal legislation in force in Alberta

Eligible expenses

• Costs to renovate or expand an existing public community facility
• Costs to acquire an existing facility
• Costs to construct a new public community facility
