Overview
Funding supports Church Development/Redevelopment projects, up to 10% of the Regional Council’s Account. Extraordinary requests may be made up to 20% of capital for initiatives to develop or redevelop property or programs to meet community needs.
Activities funded
- Developing or redeveloping property to meet community needs.
- Developing or redeveloping programs to meet community needs.
- Congregational amalgamation initiatives connected to development/redevelopment.
- Specialized ministry development (including youth, seniors, and community ministries).
Examples of admissible projects:

Documents Needed
Eligibility
- The request must support Church Development/Redevelopment to meet the needs of the community served.
- The initiative must be undertaken by a congregation, or congregations working together.
- The request must relate to developing or redeveloping property or programs.

Processing and Agreement
- Funding is subject to approval of the request by the Board of PTCC.
- The first draw is available at least six (6) months after the request is approved.

- Church Development/Redevelopment may or may not involve property.
