Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Residential, Institutional, and Small Commercial users
  • Users who are connected to Township water and wastewater services

Who is not eligible

  • Non-owners of the property
  • Applicants without a TIEG application
  • Standalone Brownfield TAP applicants

Eligible expenses

  • New water-efficient toilets (single or dual flush) purchased to replace existing high-flow toilets

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Standalone Brownfield TAP applications
  • Projects without an approved TIEG application
  • Phase I and Phase II ESA costs already covered by the Study Grant Program
  • Excavation, transport, or disposal of uncontaminated excess soils
  • Annual subscriptions, interior treatments, and additional treatments

  • The Outdoor Water Use Program has several levels that may change throughout the year.
  • In the case of an extreme emergency, the Township has the authority to ban any non-essential uses of water.
