Overview
Up to 5% of the capital held in the PTCC account may be provided annually to a Regional Council. It supports Regional Councils by enabling draw-downs from the capital funds held on their behalf by PTCC.
Activities funded
Examples of admissible projects:
$ 15,000
Upgrade facility and equipment to expand year-round council programming
$ 12,000
Purchase and equip a cargo van to support regional outreach services

- The request must relate to capital funds held in an account managed by PTCC for a Regional Council.
- The request must be made by a Regional Council.

Selection criteria
Processing and Agreement
- Grant requests are reviewed and must be approved by the Board of PTCC.
- Once approved, the first draw-down cannot be accessed until six months have passed.
Additional information
- Requests for draw-downs of up to 10% of capital (or extraordinary requests up to 20%) must be submitted by September 30 of the prior year.
- The first draw-down is not available until six months after PTCC Board approval.
