What is the Jays Care Foundation?
Jays Care Foundation is the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays. It is dedicated to using the power of baseball to help create lasting social change for children and youth across Canada. Their mission is to break down barriers and provide opportunities for young people regardless of their background or experience in baseball.
Affiliate School Program
Jays Care is currently seeking passionate educators to join their Affiliate School team. Schools that participate become official Jays Care Affiliate Schools and receive a variety of resources, including:
- FREE specialized equipment kits
- Blue Jays t-shirts and hats for students
- A comprehensive program manual
- Ongoing support from the Jays Care team
No previous baseball experience is necessary, making it accessible to all schools interested in promoting teamwork, physical activity, and inclusion.
How to Join
Educators across Canada can apply to become an Affiliate School by filling out an application on the Jays Care website. The process is simple, and the Jays Care Foundation is committed to supporting educators every step of the way.
