Eligible Applicants

Business Types

To qualify for PSCE – Component 1, your organization must be a for-profit company, a social economy enterprise such as cooperatives or non-profit organizations (OBNL), or a non-financial cooperative. Businesses must have an annual revenue of less than $100 million.

Sector Requirements

All sectors except the following are eligible:

  • Agriculture, forestry, fishing, and hunting

  • Mining and oil extraction

  • Utilities

  • Retail trade* (with conditions)

  • Financial services

  • Real estate and rental services

  • Management of companies and enterprises

  • Educational services

  • Healthcare and social assistance

  • Arts, entertainment, and recreation

  • Accommodation and food services
