How to apply
- Step 1: Join NGen and access the member portal
- Become a member and log in to the application portal.
- Start the project registration and screening process.
- Step 2: Submit screening information
- Provide a project summary, partner contacts, signed agreement, and high-level financial information.
- Complete the screening submission by the deadline.
- Step 3: Complete financial due diligence
- Submit the financial information requested for each participating partner.
- Respond to any follow-up requests from NGen.
- Step 4: Submit the full application
- Answer all eight application questions.
- Upload the required appendices and financial workbook.
- Submit the full application through the portal by the final deadline.
- Step 5: Wait for assessment and contracting
- NGen and independent experts review the application.
- Successful applicants proceed to contracting before the project starts.
Processing and Agreement
- Projects are first screened for basic eligibility and scope.
- Financial due diligence is completed for participating partners.
- Eligible full applications are reviewed by up to five independent experts.
- NGen notifies applicants of the decision after assessment.
- Successful projects move to contracting before work begins.
