Eligible entities for this grant include business corporations, partnerships, social economy enterprises (NPOs and cooperatives) engaging in merchant activities, and business sector groups. Non-eligible entities are government bodies, quasi-governmental organizations, municipal corporations, NPOs not engaging in merchant activities, any insolvent or financially restructured entity, national franchises, and businesses with religious, sexual, political, seasonal, or personal services nature. Companies applying must be located in Trois-Rivières and in operation there for at least a year prior to application.
Who is not eligible
This grant excludes certain companies and industries based on their governance structure or core activities. These exclusions ensure the fund supports sustainable and community-driven projects within Trois-Rivières.
- Governmental, paragovernmental, and municipal corporations are not eligible.
