Efficient Solutions Program – Farming Component
The Efficient Solutions Program – Farming Component offers farmers in Canada a range of energy-efficient products, innovative greenhouses, and equipment and systems to improve their farming operations. With over 200 measures available, including LED lighting, ventilation systems, milking equipment, and more, farmers can upgrade their facilities while saving on energy costs. By participating in the program, farmers can access funding by purchasing and installing eligible products and systems, making their farms more sustainable and efficient.
Through the Efficient Solutions Program – Farming Component, farmers can enhance their agricultural practices with cutting-edge technologies such as geothermal and aerothermal heat pumps, efficient air compressors, and ENERGY STAR® certified equipment. The program not only promotes energy efficiency but also provides support for partners involved in the projects. By working with specialized companies or consultants, farmers can navigate the application process more effectively and potentially receive additional incentives.
