Eligibility criteria
This grant supports Canadian artistic organizations in presenting and showcasing quality art and literary works to Canadian audiences. Eligibility criteria include being a festival, presenter, or tour network that showcases Canadian and foreign artists' works in Canada. To be eligible, you must currently receive a base grant from this component or have received specific grants from the Canada Council for the Arts in the past five years.

- Activities supporting the direct completion of a training program or course
- Activities funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) (unless applying under specific programs)
- Self-publishing or author-funded publishing of literary works
- Activities conducted by organizations that do not pay performance fees or royalties to artists according to artistic sector standards
- Fundraising activities
- Capital expenses, unless explicitly eligible
- Competitions, excluding specific exceptions such as pow-wow, hip-hop, and urban arts
- Any additional expenses incurred due to COVID-19 measures, including quarantine
- Contributions to endowment funds
